Delivery Timeline

To help ensure your lamp arrives safely and in good condition, we follow a two-step fulfillment process:

Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Order verification, quality check, and packaging.

Shipping Time: 5–9 business days
Transit from our fulfillment center to your delivery address.

Total Estimated Delivery: 6–12 business days

Delivery time may be longer for larger items, remote locations, or orders affected by customs, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

All shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Tracking

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly through our website or the carrier’s tracking portal.

Please allow a few business days for tracking information to update after shipment.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Depending on your location, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other fees required by local authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout. LightHouse is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges applied by customs authorities or carriers.
