At LightHouse, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

-In the same condition that you received it

-Unused and undamaged

-In its original packaging

-Returned with all included parts, accessories, and documentation

-Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number

Please contact us before sending your item back. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions, including where to send your package.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

-Items that have been used, installed, damaged, or altered by the customer

-Items returned without prior approval

-Items missing original packaging, parts, or accessories

-Gift cards

-Final sale items, if clearly marked as final sale

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without providing a justification.

The item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all included parts and original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase or your order number.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
